I love this book for multiple reasons! This lively picture book can be very appealing and engaging for young children. It shows a story of companionship between a boy and his dog, which can be relatable to children. This is a cute and short chapter book that can be an easy read during students reading time in the classroom. Children are able to go on the adventure’s with the two main characters as they read, which is an important aspect in children's literature. I would highly recommend this book to students for an enjoyable read! ( )
