What a piece of garbage. Especially the way he writes women. You HATE Anna Rielly immediately. She's immature and self-absorbed. But of course it's completely reasonable that after she pitched a complete drunken foundless jealous hissy fit in Milan and storms out, and THEN sends Mitch on a huge guilt trip and punishes him emotionally for it he still wants to marry her. Right. Makes sense. ( )

Edge of your seat ending! Vince Flynn weaves political intrigue with action in this easy to read thriller. That the POTUS has his own personal assassin is preposterous...maybe! The characters, from the fat cat Senator to the barking dog Congressman to the DIRCIA are all believable. Only thing that detracted was that POTUS got more detail than either LBJ or Obama, both renowned micromanagers. The ending brought political drama together with Mitch Rapp's last jobs. I couldn't put it down, then whew! It's over. ( )

Another well plotted Mitch Rapp novel, complete with well described action and political intrigue. Highly enjoyable. ( )

CIA superagent Mitch Rapp is back in action in Vince Flynn's high-velocity New York Times bestseller.

Newly appointed CIA director Dr. Irene Kennedy is the target of an inside plot to destroy her and prematurely end the American President's term. To make matters worse, Saddam Hussein is close to entering the nuclear arms race -- something Israel has vowed to stop.
