Loading... Designing Web Navigation: Optimizing the User Experienceby James Kalbach
None. Very good read. Got turned onto this by the polar bear book. It was def worth my time. Not just the material, but the citations are excellent. Connected me to a ton of useful resources in print and on the web. Some chapters seem to wander pretty far afield from the topic but its all good. Glad I invested in this. ( )For the life of me, I just couldn't get through this book. I finally figured out why. This isn't a book you read from cover to cover. This is a book you keep on your shelf for when you need some kind of insight or inspiration. The information is really useful, and the concepts are well-illustrated. Chapters are short, and give names of books & web sites to check for more information.
"Any Web designer or information architect, or digital library designer will welcome this book, which is full of instances from the author's practical experience."
