I liked how this book gave multiple ways to figure out your type and explained them fairly well. I wasn’t really big on their practices section as more examples could have been beneficial. ( ) This was an assignment for a work team building event, and it was actually very interesting! The concepts make a lot of sense, and I've been able to put the techniques into practice, not only in the workplace, but in my personal life as well.
