Interesting take on woman wakes up and can't remember who she is plot. Let down, unfortunately, by clunky exposition, pedestrian prose and cardboard characterisations. Could have been so much better. ( )

I couldn't put this book down! The suspense is awesome and you can cut the tension between "Sarah" and Jake.

Sarah Tucker has amnesia after being run off the road. Enter a handsome stranger who claims she ran away with their only child. And where IS her child? Sarah's past is unknown to her, but there is someone trying to kill her.

An excellent book by Barbara Freethy and I can't wait to read Dylan and Catherine's story in SILENT FALL. ( )
