... be Elizabeth Bear. I haven't read as much of her yet, but All the Windwracked Stars was WONDERFUL. And her SF book, Dust, was entirely enjoyable, and did have elements that would appeal to fantasy readers as well...I'm looking forward to publication of the sequel. Also Jane Lindskol ...

I've left Temeraire's Britain behind a while ago and am now gathering Dust on/in the Jacob's Ladder together with Perceval and Rien.

... I'm slightly worried that it might be less enjoyable if not first read as a child or teen. I've also been wondering about Dust, but for that one I'm even more uncertain, the blurbs I've seen make it sound a bit messy in execution. Do any of you have good or bad things to say about these, or ...

Angels Dust by Elizabeth Bear

Via BookMooch I received Dust by Elizabeth Bear. It looks like a very interesting read although it will have to wait its turn in my TBR pile.

I really loved the mix of science-fiction with a bit of religion, her unique look into mankind's future. ...

Nope, not Dust.
