Great for a read-aloud. My first-grade class enjoyed the adventures of Frog and Toad. They really found it funny, but also learned some lessons about friendship. ( )

I read this for the "A Strong Friendship Theme" part of my 2020 reading challenge. I thought it was cute, I liked the artwork and how much Frog & Toad help each other and are there to support each other. ( )

This story is about the friendship between Toad and Frog. This book talked about how Frog woke Toad up for spring and how Toad is taking care of Frog while he is sick.

This book is a super fun read for late level elementary students as the chapters aren't too complex however, it still gives a little challenge for that age level. Another reason why I liked this book is because it has a multitude of smaller stories in it instead of one long story. This is great as it can save you time if you're in a hurry or if you're reading to the kids then you can just read a short story from this book.
