I felt that the main character Emma's romance with Jack could have been more developed. I loved the fact that fo a change, the character wasn't a slightly overweight self-doubting power woman in her glitzy career (even though the girl works in NY advertising. how many more times do I need to hear that? Other than the lead heroine having small breasts and being obsessed with Robert Plant, there wasn't much to distinguish this book from any of the other standard chick lit fare. All of the side characters are predictable stereotypes and everyone gets matched up with a happily ever after ending. The book's sweet and harmless and the male lead is kinda cute, but that's really all it's got going for it.
