first published in 1978 by the Free Press under the title "Crimes and Punishment of I.G.Farben- the birth , growth and corruption of a giant corporation": (in Germany in 1979 by the Campe Verlag as "Die unheilige Allianz der I.G.Farben. A MOST IMPORTANT BOOK!!! Joseph Borkin (1911-79) was a lawyer and from 1938-46 the chief of the Patent and Cartel section of the antitrust division of the Dep. of Justice in D.C. responsible for the wartime investigation and prosecution of the cartels dominated by I.G.Farben ( )

An absolute necessity of any WWII reader to understanding the war, how why and who was most important, it was business not the military or even Hitler. I am sure there are holes in this history but my new understanding of the war and the world outweighs any shortcomings. ( )
