A very wide range of crafts and recipes (including traditional breads). Contains a number of different Nativities including a clever puzzle cut out with a jigsaw: all the figures fit, topsy-turvey, into a stable-shaped frame to store or stand in front of it to display. Other Nativities are in stained glass, stitchery, woodworking, bread-dough sculpture, straw marquetry, soft sculpture. ( )

Book description
First published in 1980, this book is appropriately titled. The 384 pages display a rich array of absolutely gorgeous craft items, and equally beautiful holiday foods to serve your family and friends. The book is enhanced with 207 color photographs and such extras as a glossary and two alphabetical indices - one for crafts and one for foods.

Step-by-step instructions are included to create any one of 206 craft projects and/or 320 recipes. The craft instructions are further enhanced by meticulous diagrams and line drawings. Some full sized patterns for the crafts are included, others must be enlarged; however for the majority of patterns needing enlargement, there is a grid showing the scale (how many inches to the square) for creating the craft project at the intended size.
