The sequel to Jim Bouton's "Ball Four', actually a book about the reactions of the baseball world and folks in general to the first book. Same witty, clear and straightforward humor and sagacity as in the first book, although the limited subject matter (a book about the reactions to an earlier book?) necessarily limits it. ( )
