This book follow Henny the chicken as she searches the barn yard for her egg that has rolled through a hole in the floor of the hayloft. This hands on book allows children to search for the lost egg with Henny through holes on each page all over the barn yard until she finally finds it only to realize that her egg has hatched and is now a baby chick.
I can see children having fun with this book as Henny talks to all the different animals and finds her fuzzy little chick in the end. ( )
