There aren't many quality coloring activities for third and fourth grade math students. That is why this resource is so great! Multiplication Mosaics provides a fun twist to multiplication fact practice. The pages are timed perfectly to be completed and colored within a 15-20 minute workstation. The multiplication fact practice part of each exercise requires students to fill in the missing factor, which opens the door for connections to fact families, algebra, and division (inverse operations). Even the coloring component involves math skill by requiring students to locate a square using coordinates. (The coordinates are their answers to the multiplication practice.) ( )
