Loading... The Glow-in-the-Dark Night Sky Book (1988)by Clint Hatchett
None. A wonderful book for adults too. Useful to help visualize in various seasons, fleshed out as the various zodiacs and with the lights off as you might see them in the night sky. This reaffirms my belief that reference books written for children are often superior to those for 'adults'. I've found the glow-in-the-dark skymaps to be laid out in better perspective than my hardcore scientific starfinder. Each page focuses on a few constellations per season, which help in finding them in a hazy city night sky. Wonderfully illustrated. I have loved and wondered about the stars since I first saw them. The Hastings College Observatory fueled my desire to learn my way around the sky. I bought this for a niece - and kept it for myself! no reviews | add a review
