While this book is a great introduction to the field of web design, a less technical, more personal and warm approach could have made the already somewhat dry subject matter more digestable. After all, web design is one of those subjects you have to liven up when writing about it. :) Still, the book has much to offer and I found it quite valuable. ( )

"I imagine that this is a text that will go into many further editions. If you want just one book out of the hundreds now available on Web design, buy this one."
