You come to a book like this with fairly low expectations, but this is pathetically bad. Nothing makes sense, and bad messages (e.g., nothing can be done right unless you’re in charge, everyone can be a princess, flowers grow underground) abound. Do your child a favor and give this one a pass. ( )
