I enjoy this volume very much -- particularly Lisa's return. ( )

Merideth says: Scott Pilgrim is one of my favorite graphic novels. I love his angst, his slackerness, and all of the evil ex-boyfriends he fights. This volume has to do with Scott's deepening love for Ramona, whose ex-boyfriends he has to defeat. In this volume he ends up defeating Ramona's ex-girlfriend, Roxie, as well as fighting against one of his other ex-girlfriend's dads. This volume also deals lightly with homosexuality - while Scott's roommate is gay, there are other homosexual moments between primarily straight characters which leave you wondering. As always, Scott prevails, and in this one he earns the power of love by telling Ramona he loves her and then moving in with her. We'll see how this turns out. Can't wait to keep reading in this series ( )

Not as eventful as volume three, but still great. O'Malley's art is getting even better, and it's still hilarious, goofy and true. ( )
