I think this Holocaust title is the most interesting and appropriate for middle school-aged students that I've read so far. A love story. ( )

Michael Korenblit and Kathleen Janger's book "Until We Meet Again" is pretty amazing.

It tells the true story of Manya and Meyer Korenblit, a Polish couple who were interred in dozens of concentration camps and managed to survive and find each other after the war. They were among just 200 who survived the end of the war -- out of 8,000 Jewish men and women who lived in their community.

The story is really moving and stunningly sad (though with the happy ending that they both survived and found each other again.) It's told really well.... I think Michael Korenblit did an excellent job telling his parent's remarkable story. ( )

This has been one of the most touching stories i've ever read. It's a touching love story between Meyer and Manya struggling for survival. This is a story that has been engraved into my heart. ( )

This is easily the best Holocaust book I have read, and ranks up there with the best books I've ever read period. This true story (written by the couple's son, Michael, and Kathleen Janger) depicts the survival of a young Jewish couple in Poland from the beginning of World War II until the end. It's an amazing story of love, separation, tragedy and survival. This is an excellent account of an insider's perspective of one of the most horrific events in human history. ( )
