excellent recipes, especially the Hungarian cheese filled coffeecake

This was my first cookbook, in which I learned to love baking, particularly yeast breads. Although there are some ethnic receipes, the book covers most of the basic bread baking techniques used in American kitchens. The cream scones are still a favorite of my daughters who make them often. ( )
