I'll be heading out to the post sometime in the next 10 days, and I've just posted copies of Mister B. Gone and The Keep in my inventory; both are in great shape. Lots of other books listed as well.

The Woman in White by, Wilkie Collins Mister B. Gone was a fabulous book. I got it on Christmas Eve and finished it Christmas night. If you like Barker, you will love it. ... this makes my 2nd Carroll book, and I've not really read him yet. He's been recommended by LT friends, though.
Mister B. Gone by Clive Barker, a man who scares my pants off no matter what genre. Candyman, the book version, still creeps me out.
The Painted Veil sounded ... Nothing as mysterious as all that. They're just books classified (somewhere) as horror and just... aren't scary.
Mister B. Gone is pretty high on my list, there. (And the only one I recall off-hand, which with my cruddy memory says something. To me at least.)
I can see how the book is ... Mister B. Gone by, Clive Barker- the book is a demon talking to the reader. I just finished Mister B Gone by Clive Barker. Although it had an interesting concept at its core, there was a repetitive quality about it that I can't quite put my finger on.
Don't get me wrong. I did enjoy the story, and it wasn't a long read. I just thought there were elements of ... I'm now listening to The curious incident of the dog in the night-time by, Mark Haddon.
Mister B. Gone had a great reader..I'd suggest to anyone who likes horror. Mister B. Gone by, Clive Barker its an interesting book.
The book is a demon that talks to the reader.So its extra spooky when you turn a page and read -" So you just had to read more did you. Haven't I warned you enough?" #188-All Lisa Gardner's books are good!

Stopped reading What I Loved to read this, which in turn I stopped reading Mister B Gone for. Now back to the Siri Hustvedt but this was a welcome break from the serious plodding of that book and the weird dullness of the Clive Barker.
I gave ... I tried to read Mister B. Gone but put it down about halfway through. Reading Clive Barker's stuff reminds me of middle school kids playing the "What's Grosser Than Gross?" game. I just bought Mister B. Gone by Clive Barker and it is narrated by a demon trapped in the pages of the book. It even starts with a warning from the demon to burn the book before it destroys the person reading it (me!)
Oh, and Joe Hill has a short story in 20th Century Ghosts narrated or ... 50. Mister B. Gone - Clive Barker 248p.
