What I do not get about the publishers who put together omnibusses, is why they do not make these multiple-books-in-one in the order of the series of the book?

Why put the first Morse in the third omnibus??? Now I'm stuck with an incomplete series, that I still try to read in order of appearance....

I'm going to rate this book, when I've read all the stories in it, or, out of lack of time, only part of them.

The Last Bus to Woodstock: 4 stars.
I liked the book. Never knew (from the TV-series) though, that Lewis is older than Morse... Didn't appear to be that way.
But, this is not about the series, this is about the book. That read, by the way, as if I were watching an episode of the series.
The same style, the same interaction between Morse and Lewis, I love that. The story itself was very interesting, complicated with many possibilities at first, but one by one all lines are knitted together and the mystery becomes clear.
I hope the other books will continue in this style :-) ( )

Good book. Morse is fantastic and Lewis as Dr. Watson to Morses, Holmes. ( )
