Work detailsThe Misfortunes of Virtue and Other Early Tales by Marquis de Sade
None. Some of his works are laughably obscene, but this book really delves deep into his philosophy on religion and humanity in general. A great read for anyone interested in the early stages of nihilism and atheism. ( )Sade was a very sick man, but he could make some good social commentary. As sick as the specifics of his story are, the actual overall story is sickly humorous. no reviews | add a review
