Ignoring the cross-section cover art and the small text, this is a good book for anyone who wants to begin a weight lifting regime or change or modify their current regime. (I fall into the second category). Strength Training Anatomy is also a useful book for students studying the human body. The pages are full of color and detail, and each exercise is described to the max. ( )Better than much more expensive books in the genre. Every page has one exercise and a large illustration of the muscles it primarily and secondarity works out. Yes, the cover is stupid looking, but you can cut it off; I did. どういう運動をすると、どこの筋肉が刺激されるかを図解した本。 Detailed color illustrations. 0.077 seconds to build listing no reviews | add a review
