The body book for younger girls is okay. It tells you stuff that your parents would already tell you, example: eat healthier foods such as veggies, fruit, and dairy. Don't have too many sweets a day because it can cause health problems. Also, the book can create girls to be worried for all the changes in their body up along the path to adulthood. This book can give tips for upcoming events in your growth. I would definitely recommend this book to kids 8-10, or for the girls who have started these changes earlier than others. ( )

I bought this for my god-daughter. It's full of good information for young girls and is presented in an easy to read format. She is only 7 right now and their is defiantly some information she is not ready for but there is lots to get her started on being responsible with the care of her body. ( )
