It has been years since I read a Nancy Drew book, but they used to be my favorites. I read the "older" books and the "newer" ones, as they modernized Nancy Drew; but I am sure I have not read the latest editions. I love a good mystery, and the Nancy Drew books were perfect for me - a teenage sleuth and her friends tip-toeing through mysterious places as they followed clues. I need to pick one up, again, just to see. ( )

Isabel and I read this (the regular edition) over Christmas holidays. She actually got into it but Nancy D is still a little over her head. I don't have this Applewood reprint edition but I do want it. I want to read Nancy before she was sanitized and changed to Donna Reed in the Fifties! Love Nancy anyhow though and hope Isa catches the bug. ( )

I picked up this book for my GodDaughter at a flea market. I decided to read the book again as I had previously read all Nancy Drew books as a teen myself.
Nancy is looking into a mystery surrounding the estate of a local resident and whether or not the will that has been produced is the last will and testament or one written prior. ( )
