This book is a great story for parent's to read to their children as they are entering the stage in life where they start going to school. This book always made me feel at ease when I was upset or struggling with things in my life. I even read it to this day to help me calm down when upset. ( )

Anna Marie is about to start nursery school and decides she won't be taking her blanket. The blankets feelings are hurt when it finds out it won't be together with Anna Marie all the time. Anna Marie gives her blanket the job of taking care of her other toys while she is gone. The blanket's feelings aren't hurt anymore and the blanket is excited to show Anna Marie what a great job it can do.
