Its a nice book which includes, love, fear, restrictions but the overall theme is amazing ( ) Movie star, Lara, can have any man she wants. How can small-time actor, Joey, convince her that she wants him? Lara is to star in Nikki's film - Nikki is the new wife of Lara's ex-husband. It's a risky project, and when Nikki's 15-year-old daughter, Summer, arrives, the trouble really starts. These books are always fun to read. Very sexy and full of back stabbing, revenge, murder and more sex. Another novel set in the world of the movie stars and their loves and losts. You know what to expect with JC's books, so no surprises. They are not taxing and don't make you think. Just a quick enjoyable read. Not one of her best. My review of her "Married Lovers" also applies here: "If I were an English major, I'd probably have my degree rescinded when I say that I really enjoyed the book....Sure it's formulaic - impossibly gorgeous and brilliant heroine, sleazy Hollywood types, and a bad guy eventually come together in a suspenseful climax - but I get completely into it." no reviews | add a review
