This was a pretty predictable book, but it definitely had some good things about it. I liked the hero's loyalty to his late wife and how it was portrayed. I also liked how he was shown to be a loving father who had some doubts about how a new woman would fit into his life. These things were fairly realistic.I can't imagine what woman wouldn't have a smidgen - ok, more than a smidgen...perhaps an ounce - of trepidation about hooking up with a man who has SEVEN kids. That's a lot of kids, there. All in all, it was a cute story and a satisfying read. It reminded me a little bit of Pioneer Woman's life. ( )
