The story was a little confusing to follow as the narrators changes, but it was a sad and intriguing tale. 2241 Tracks A Novel by Louise Erdrich (read 23 Oct 1989) This is a prequel to Love Medicine, which was written first, but chronologically it is the more recent. I thought this book less interesting than Love Medicine. It covers the period 1910-1920, about, and seemed kind of fantastic. I don't think I'll read anything else by Louise Erdrich. This was one of the rare books I got out from the library years and years ago in high school (rare because I usually buy). My memories are of this woman who was a nun and very extreme so she wore a hair shirt. I wonder what I got out of it, back then... no reviews | add a review
