El hecho de que el género literario que yo prefiera sea la enciclopedia se debe a varias razones. Una, que es honrosa: mi curiosidad; otra, que es menos honrosa: mi haraganería. Pero la más importante de todas, quizá sea esta: la cuota de sorpresa, de suspenso, como se dice ahora, que hay en las enciclopedias. En un libro se sabe con antelación lo que se encontrará; es decir, que uno sabe que le espera tal o cual cosa de acuerdo al tipo de libro que se haya elegido. Esto no sucede en una enciclopedia, ya que está regida por el orden alfabético que sencillamente es un desorden, sobre todo si uno piensa en los temas. no reviews | add a review
