Useful concepts with a fairly realistic scenario but 2.5 stars for endorsing Meyers-Briggs; which is complete and utter bullshit. ( )

Kind of shitty. Trying to present the ideas of dysfunctions, and the converse, strengths, of teams, through a narrative which was grating and not very well written. At least the chapters were short, making it a relatively easy read.
No data to support these claims.
Promoting MBTI and DiSC personality profiles as ‘not astrology’ is plain wrong. And I lose all respect and trust in a writer that ends his afterword referencing a religion. ( )

A little simplistic, but a good way to think about root causes of team dysfunctions when you're not really sure what's happening. ( )

Starts with a fiction team that is not working way and showing them their shotcoming and helping them through them with various games. Then is the non-fiction part explaining pretty much the same. It can be a good starting point and gives some good insights. ( )
