Ughhh--someone else says this is a great parody, but is implying that it might actually be funny--its not. ( )

Two New Jersey high school girls from totally different clicks get zapped into a world of wizards and magic. Each are supposed to be doing a book report on the same book as a class project. The geeky girl has lost her copy due to her mom donating it to a local charity. The "In Crowd" girl of course has never lied eyes upon it before. Due to a mishap with a scan gun at the local bookstore the two are transported into the world of the book where fun and mayhem ensues. The book plays tongue and cheek homage to the likes of the Lord of the Rings Trilogy as well as Harry Potter and other series of the sort. Fun read. ( )

Heather and Veroncia are two teenage girls who get sucked up in a book that Veronica was reading. While in the book, they grew to respect each other more and took the responsiblites that was given to them. The author style of writing created a cloud of mystery around my head. Thought the way the author had written was very confusing, it was smart and well thought off.

Summary: Heather and Veronica, two different girls, from Jersey are sucked into Veronica's favorite book. When they smash the main character to peices they have to fight to the end of the story to make sure a magicless wizard can help them get home.
Review: I thought it was a good book. It takes patience because the plot doesn't develop quickly in my opinion. But when you try explaining the book to your friends you know you're goanna sound like a total dork. ( )
