Orion Academy's summer theater school is in for a surprise - Hartley Blackstone, famous Broadway director, is going to be selecting one boy and one girl for his summer theater program in New York. The places are highly coveted, and between the half-sibling rivalry, dating disasters, and criticism worth of Simon Cowel to scar the budding actors' hearts, it's shaping up to be a rollercoaster ride. I was glad to see that this series wasn't going to be another one of those with a pseudo-mystery popping up ever so conveniently in every new installment. Instead, Bryan's still coping with budding sexuality, coming out, and the dating problems of his friends. It's not heavy reading, nor very deep, and its saturated with enough classic movie and play references to keep interested readers busy looking things up on Wikipedia. But overall, it's an entertaining read. 0.015 seconds to build listing no reviews | add a review

More drama at high school where everyone's a star. Or are they? Guilty pleasure like reading reality TV. -- Kung Fu moment: Be who u r (
