With the JLA gone, and no-one knows where, Batman's contingency plan for this situation is activated, and a message seeks out Nightwing, with plans to form a new team to try and work out what is going on.

The Atom and Zatanna are integral, while in the past, Batman and Wonder Woman have to try and stay alive to get to Aquaman and get back with the help of a dead Green Lantern and Plastic Man.

Somehow the heroes manage to confound the gods of the past and save the day. The most interesting bits are Batman's interactions with Nightwing and Wonder Woman, and Plastic Man's response to being revived after 3000 years of disintegrated existence. ( )

Great but as usual I hate time travel stuff and I still don't understand how green lantern came back to life? ( )
