A book that encourages healthy choices from food to exercise. One of just many in a great serious of books.
  CNTZIEG | Mar 21, 2017 |
Summary: This is an informational book that teaches children proper ways to take care of their bodies. Nutrition and Exercise are key factors covered in this book.

Critique: I like how this book asks questions throughout to have an interactive/reflective dimension. It is important to teach children at an early age what they can do to take care of themselves and the book does that.

Craft Elements: The book has questions in it already that you could have students answer during a read aloud to get them thinking. You could use this to help students when deciding what food options to choose in the cafeteria. This also could help students who don't like to play at recess. It is a good model of making good choices.
