A story in which a bunny who came out of the blue, was different and becomes what she always was, a thunder bunny. This book can teach us understand that we are all special individuals and it takes courage to be who you really are. The artist used mostly collage to create the pictures in the book. I find every page stunning with its rich and vibrant colors.

Amazon.com Product Description (ISBN 0399220356, Hardcover)

Thunder Bunny was a surprise. She was the last and littlest one. But there was something about her . . . just something.

Thunder Bunny is a poetic and stunningly simple story of one most unusual bunny who comes out of the blue—and discovers who she is.

In exquisite collage, Barbara Helen Berger brings life to this remarkable and original story that celebrates the spirit and courage of even the smallest. Like Berger’s classic Grandfather Twilight, a story to remember.

(retrieved from Amazon Thu, 12 Mar 2015 18:16:57 -0400)

Bright blue and different from all her brothers and sisters, Thunder Bunny discovers she came from the sky.
