This is a good book for quick reference if doing a talk or writing paper. I would want something a little more indepth - but that is not what this book is designed to do. And I got it for free, so I can't complain ( )

Epigraph
Dedication
This book is gratefully dedicated to every person who has faithfully prayed for or supported our ministry over the years. In particular, I dedicate this book to the members of History's Handful, a movement of leaders committed to a special strategy to provide resources to help fulfill the Great Commission. These unselfish servants have made possible many, many projects that might not have otherwise been accomplished without their generous sacrifices of personal time and resources.
