I am re-reading this presently. What an absolute gem! Leithhart takes the text and "unpacks" it as our British friends say, using the sense of the lines to reveal to us the meanings he believes Shakespeare had in mind. The chapter on "Hamlet" is particularly revelatory. Really inspiring, and makes the reader know that he, too, can "tackle" Shakespeare successfully.

Okay, but not as good as I hoped. If you're not familiar with Shakespeare, it would probably be quite helpful.
