Sarahand Emily were neighbors and they became best friends. Emily had a beautiful doll and she wouldn't let sarah play with her. The friends went on vacation together and they really enjoyed it. Before they left to go back home, Sarah parents told her they were moving. Both girls were sad because they wouldn't see each other again. Emily gave Sarah her doll so that she will remember her forever.

This is a great book for ages pre-k to second grade. This story helps children realize that they do not have to live beside someone to be best friends. It also teaches children to share.
