Quite useful, surprisingly, and I especially liked the section on altering/updating your clothes, but it's laid out like a coffee table book (large pictures, low on text), which means there is a lot less content than there could be. Not worth the money for a new copy - mine's second-hand. ( )

CELLO
Big boobs (yes)
Short waist (?)
Big hips (yes)
Big bottom (yes)
Big thighs (yes)
Slim lower legs (yes)

After a quick read through the features of the twelve body types, I compared myself to the three most likely. I decided that Cello was by far the closest, since the description stressed wide shoulders even though they didn't make the list above, and I've always had to buy skirts to fit my bottom rather than my waist. Promises transformation.

Instead of the usual three or so body types, Trinny and Susannah have described twelve. Oprah is a cello; Judi Dench is a brick. I'd like to be a column, like Gwyneth, but it's not going to happen. ( )

Bought this for a laugh as it was half-price. Not very useful, not enough info on all the different body shapes although breaking the basic shapes down into further categories is useful if you don't fit the usual descriptions. ( )

As usual, Trinny and Susannah break style down to its essentials. 12 body shapes, not sizes, and the style essentials that will always look good on each shape. Real bodies, real results! ( )
