NCLA Review - The story begins in 1941 when Joe Daley's dream is to marry his sweetheart and join the war as a fighter pilot. Seventeen years later we find Joe's life a mess. He never became a fighter pilot and his marriage is falling apart. When his crop dusting plane goes into an uncontrollable dive, he pleads with God for one more chance. Remarkably he is able to recover the plane. Shortly after, he has a strange encounter with an angel. With God's help, Joe gets his life back on track. He learns first hand the power of forgiveness and God's power in our lives. Rating: 4—NP ( )
