This is an excellent example of fantasy, because the personified farm animals act in a very realistic manner. As the animals look at their reflections in the water, they discover that their reflections look very real. The book engages the reader by allowing them to remember discovering their reflection, or learning something new about water. The book is also quite humerous, so that adds a fascinating touch!

Setting: The setting of this story is very realistic, because the details defined in the book are true to what a real farm may look like.
