The WPR was neither understood nor appreciated at the time and was buried in the archives. This study examines the significance of the WPR. Chapters: scope of the WPR; concepts of God; the Incarnation; immortality; sacred scriptures; formalized religion; faith and reason; righteousness and ethics; religion and war; and conclus.
