Janet, a member of the Romance Book Club, said it best with this.
"I used to read Diana Palmer a lot and was a big fan of hers. I don't read her anymore, though. I got tired of reading about so many of her so-called heros with the theme of an older man (in his late 30s) fighting his attraction to a very young, naive virginal girl of about 18. And the way he fought his attraction? By treating her like dirt and verbally abusing her. Not all of DP's books are like that, of course. But too many of them are, and I it wasn't worth it to me to take the chance on buying another one of those kind of stories."
Well said. I couldn’t agree more.
