A wonderful visual collection of great artists' books. Unfortunately it is a bit North-American centric, but that does not mean it is not filled with images of amazing works that are sure to inspire other makers of books. Be aware this is just pictures of books, not a how-to guide. ( )

What a wonderful book- I keep re-viewing it and studying all the fabulous books people have created. Eye candy. There is, in this particular book, very little discussion throughout the book; rather just an introduction and closing discussion. This works just fine for what it is: the energy and format were clearly focused on the images, so the rest of the book is just images of a wonderful selection of books, and if you've never known about hand-made art books before, this is a book you should at the very least browse through if not pore over, and enjoy.
