This is a big hardback book with each page devoted to a particular group of words like animals or things that move. It's a bumper word-building book and the Maisy illustrations are great - bright and bold, lots of primary colours, simple but effective. There are flaps too and Panda is hidden in a lot of places. My daughter loved this from about 6 months and very quickly learnt to recognise Panda and the snail (oddly) which I think is a testament to how effective this book is. She still likes it now (at 18 months) and reads it herself (although the flaps didn't make it much past her first year ...) this book is great for introducing kids to news words with big colorful pictues of the word. this pictures were amazing! Lots of words and lots of pictures: great! no reviews | add a review
