Gave some good information about eating for your health and it was backed up by some good studies ( )

A total disappointment. I read this one hoping to get an edge in my fertility and it basically tells you things that EVERYONE should already know as far as diet goes. And the funny thing is that this one is too busy giving you statistics (that aren't really proven) then focusing on the diet itself. Spare yourself this one. ( )
