Handbags and Hal ... ... have read so far is His Magesty's Dragon by Naomi Novik and I am looking forward to reading the next in that trilogy, Throne of Jade. I just finished Naomi Novik's Throne of Jade and found it almost as good as the first book. Now it's back to history with Making War Forging Revolution. Yup. We make a lot of chit chat here. :o)
Has anyone read Naomi Novik's books? I bought
His Majesty's Dragon, Throne of Jade and Black Powder War for my daughter recently, and she hasn't read them yet. I'm curious to know if they are any good. Having finished His Majesty's Dragon, last night I went out and purchased Throne of Jade, the immediate sequel. Thoroughly enjoyable summer action/adventure reading!
