I found the layout to be confusing and the examples and explanations to be thin, what was not covered in the course was hard to glean directly from the book. This book should have included more of the proofs in full detail and in a wider spaced format. Many proofs would be buried in the normal text fonts and spacing. The information is excellent but the layout and detail needs more focus. ( )
