( ) mostly just talks about apple cider vinegar. which is great, but he doesnt go into depth with anything else. though he mentions people of vermont eating leaves from trees, i wasnt able to hear or otherwise confirm this anywhere else. anyone know anything about this? i was interested in this but he only spent a sentence or maybe two on it. its outdated, but not a bad read by any means no reviews | add a review
